This company promised the best price on buying your used electronic equipment. I my case it was a smart phone. You use there interactive web site to rate your equipment and they shoot you a price. I rated my phone several levels lower that it truly was. Didn't want to be let down when I didn't get the amount at the higher rating rate.

By gazelle web site the phone rated $65.00, I rated my phone at $40.00, after the phone was mailed in, they rated it at $12.00.

I believe this is common practice for Gazelle. I would not recommend them to anyone. 1281440
