they offered me $70 to send it in and then they revised the offer to $0. the note states that it was because it's in poor condition but the automated chat system says that I didn't send it in on time....I smell bullshit. It was a $400 phone! How the *** could they do such a thing!? I recommend that no one use this website, it is a total scam. I'm looking for any way possible to see to it that there is something done about this. I hear that it has happened to plenty of other people as well. 12814b7
