I sent a iPhone to the after they gave me a quote, after receiving the phone they agreed it was in perfect condition, but we're not going to give me the full amount because they said the offer expired, more than 30 days, I have a email from them quoting me 147.00' I sent the phone to them immediately, they sent me a notice saying they received it 5 days after I got the quote and lowered the amount to 115.00 because the

"tiv" was expired, I emailed them to ask what was "Tiv" and they told me it was the original quote but it had expired, I told them to check the emails and do the math, they did and said that was all I would get.

It was pure rip-off,

I am sending a copy off all emails to the BBB, and the state's attorneys office to look at their practice. 1281881

The BBB, and the state's attorneys office do not care and will not look into this. Sorry, just the way of the world.
