1. Written by Jane on May 8, 2012 from tampa, florida, US I had sent them two cell phones that were less then 6 months old. I was told that I would get $138.00 for both of them; which is far less then they are worth. I sent them and heard nothing from them at all. Three weeks later, I received a check in the mail for $8.00. I contacted them and I was told one of the phones didn't work and the other one will still under contract. That couldn't be further from the truth. I was told that I should have heard from them through email and I had a chance to refuse that payment. I never received any emails at all. I called Gazelle and talked to "Jose." I was told that I got fair market value for these phones and that there was nothing I could do about it. I cannot get my phones back because "they were recycled" and I will not get any more money from them. They are a ripoff.
2. Written by ihategazelle on April 29, 2012 from bellevue, washington, US If you want to resell your electronic products, and are thinking about going to Gazelle, THINK AGAIN! This company is a wreck, and no one running knows what they are doing. They are operated out of a warehouse in texas where most of the techs, and geeks, and gazelle guys "inspecting your phone", dont even speak english! Even the ones who do speak English dont know what they are doing. They dont have any degrees or certs in electronics. They are just average joes needing a buck. They dont know how to properly identify a device, let alone inspect it. They have made $0 in profit since they have been in business, and that says a lot! They are always laying off employees and having to bring new ones in that dont know what they are doing. No one is properly trained. Everyone is running around asking each other questions. And no one knows the answers. Everyone there is a temp who is treated like garbage, and just doing what they have to do to get a check. I am sure they are breaking some MAJOR labor laws. They instill fear in the employees. They break items ALL THE TIME and then refuse to pay the customer for them. They lose items daily. All because NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Even the managers are temps who come and go. It says a lot when they are constantly replacing people in charge. I used to work here, and trust me, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT PAYING YOU OUR $50 FOR SOMETHING THEY WILL SELL FOR FOUR TIMES AS MUCH! THEY ARE CROOKED AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED FAIRLY. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR DEVICES.

5. Written by bonerific on March 10, 2012 from albany, new york, US Why would ANYONE sell their stuff on Gazelle.com, when they're guaranteed to get twice as much selling it on ebay? Gazelle.com is for suckers!
6. Written by ScamAlert on March 6, 2012 from austin, texas, US one more item: Why does the FCC allow scam companies like this to run ads on TV. Gazelle is a scam and should not be allowed to continue with the ads. Whoever runs the commercial should be fined. Isn't that what the FCC is supposed to be around for? DO NOT USE gazelle or similiar services.
7. Written by Notahappycustomer on February 29, 2012 from grovetown, georgia, US Gazelle is a joke. They lost my Nook, then told me they paid for it before they even received it, When they finally found it, they underpaid by $30. Will never use them again.
