I am pissed beyond measure. I chatted with gazelle.com. They guaranteed me over $75.00 for my sprint phone. They received the device. They took it out of the box, smashed/cracked the left hand side of the screen, then sent it back to me". They claim that I had logged into my account and cancelled the order myself/. They have ripped me off, destroyed my phone, it will not even power on now, and they also promised me a $20?.00 new customer bonus'. They are total liars and should all be put in prison, etc!. I even called gazelle".com's headquarters at 1-800-GAZELLE". I spoke to a guy named Chris V|. He is a liar after telling me that they would only give me a $5.00 bonus. They claimed that the supposed $20.00 new customer bonus was only offered for 2 weeks due to a television promotion.
