I also got a quote on my "retired" IPHONE. I described it perfectly and was then "docked" 20 dollars with no notification. I contacted their support and they said they sent an email saying they were docking me. Now I received the email about my account activation, i received the shipping email but the email( they said three attempts) about my lesser payment did not get to me? i called this as a bait and switch. do not use this company EVER i will post this message to as many websites as I can to protect consumers. thank you Shawn 12819b9

Hello Shawn,

I am very sorry to hear that your recent trade-in may not have worked out as you anticipated. As discussed, the e-mails that were forwarded to you serve as proof that we did notify you upon having the offer revised. You should be able to confirm the date, time and e-mail address where the mentioned notifications were sent. We have responded to your BBB complaint as well and hope that you can understand that the revision was not done deliberately and that we did try reaching out to you. If further information is needed please let us know and we'll be happy to assist you. You may contact us at:
