After emailing the company and informing them that I had pictures of my phone along with the serial # they wrote me back and asked why don't I provide these to them? I said no that they were going to the BBB and what do you kn ow I received MY phone back just the way I sent it (perfect) They also told the BBB that this was a misunderstanding and that they are teaching ther staff better and they are sorry.

I got a HTC 4 Evo and I only owned it 3 months. I just sent it to them and they offered me $84 then they emailed back and said the offer was now $5 because of a problem with a function. I emailed back and asked what function and they said my phone was waterlogged and no rechargable battery. I sent them a new phone and the batterey is in the phone you don't take it out . THEIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not do business with these people they will steal from you and without a care in the world. Do Not DO IT... 1281d17

Wow, seriously? Gazelle is beginning to sound more and more like a bunch of atrocious thieves. Very smart of you to take photos of your working phone before selling it to them - more people should take care to do that! 

 

And to think I was considering selling them my iPod touch. Yikes.
