I bought a computer from Gazelle last September. 2014 Macbook air.

Not even a year later, and almost $1000 later, the entire logic board needs to be replaced. I was told by tech professionals that the computer itself was faulty and sold to me faulty. Gazelle said it isn't their problem after 30 days. OH AND THEY DO NOT REFURBISH THEIR TECHNOLOGY.

Another party does it. They are a scam middleman. DO NOT TRUST THEM. WASTE OF MONEY.

It ended up costing me 1000 to use a computer for 9months. And when I asked them to help me to get it repaired or help me to fix it, I was told that there was nothing they could do.

My option would be to sell it back to them for $130, so that they can "refurbish" it and screw someone else over. Absolutely disgusting company.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Scamming, False advertising, Limited customer service.
