Gazelle - Bait and switch times two
Sent my Galaxy 5 in excellent condition, was told it was really a Galaxy 3 and scratched and chipped. I wrote an angry reply and got a "re evaluation " and full price.
Sent my old Galaxy 6 with 128 gb and was told it was only 32 gb. Ripoff. I took pictures of my phone in their box, I can only hope they will send my phone and not a discard. Ripoff!
My phone had no chips or scratches, was completely wiped of data, and in the original box. I don't understand the positive reviews or their association with Amaxon. This happened twice. I should have known better, fool me once......
I would be better off dealing with my carrier.
Gazelle has very limited contact information, and I feel at a disadvantage in communicating with them. Never again!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: return my item.
