The 1st phone I ordered had a pink rectangular hue ON LCD. I o returned it and ordered another one that also had a pink rectangle. Customer service was fine but I'm still pissed that they have completely wasted 2weeks of my time.

I ordered 2iphones from gazelle late at night. Realized right away that I accedentally clicked 2. I called customer service right away in the morning. They refused to cancel my order and waive the restocking fee and send one phone. . I had to wait for a return label. Go to the post office to return both phones. I went with GAMESTOP! Ease up gazelle! It matters.

Bait and switch! Offered $212 for a MacBook Air. Sent it in and got an email saying it has a dent in it, so they lowered offer to $188. I asked them to send it back. There is no dent! Also, it came back with the freshly installed OS wiped and no AC adapter or power cord. I've called and called but can't get an answer. I've emailed them with no response. Gazelle sucks!
