Just got an email from vendor. They are now paying us the agreed upon price. Still not happy with the price deduction on a flawless phone and the 3 week wait for the damaged phone.

I sent in 2 phones which were received on 12.01.16.A flawless IPhone 6 that they claimed had "scratches" and was not a Verizon phone.
Gazelle deducted $40+ from the agreed upon price. Second phone had cracks and we sent it in "as is" and they said we would get $80. They have logged the receipt of the phone but have not sent an offer. Three emails to their customer service have gone unanswered or some lame excuse they are getting the offer ready.
They are waiting out until the offer expires on 12.31.16 so they don't have to do anything.
Don't send your phones in to them.I am very disappointed with this service.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with easy process and stated that there is a room for improvement of bait and switch total scam tactic. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of gazelle apple cell phone trade-in and associated monetary loss in the amount of $84. Gazelle needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
