Gazelle - Extremely poor service (device order cancelled and was still charged)
Ordered phone from Gazelle, 1 day later I received the following message: "An order you recently placed on our website has had its status changed. The status of order #124**** is now Cancelled" No reason as to why the order was cancelled, but most of all....I was CHARGED FOR A CANCELLED ORDER!
(That is robbery). Honestly, what type of business is this.
Placing an order and getting "Thanks for your order......Weโll send your tracking information as soon as your order ships." only to get a suprise e-mail the next day that your order has been reversed, but thank you for your money! Now, I have to go through the inconvenience of disputing this with PayPal and Gazelle.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $349.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
