They claim to be so fast . I sent my phone in perfect condition only to have them loose it. They said we will send you a check which still hasnt happened its been two months. Your better off going to craigs list.

Gazelle - Trying to devalue and scam for a profit

I sent my phone in and I'm waiting for my refund. The phone is in prestige shape. I have the receipt and the box it came in. Why did I get an email that instead of being a 64g it's a 32g. Not so. Then the email read I didn't turn off goggle and the condition isn't what I said. I declined their offer. I have all necessary receipts if they try me.

I sent in my phone with no scratches and the price was suppose to be 100 . It was an unlocked phone with no scratches or anything. I use to like this company but it's clear that they are ver dishonest. They emailed me saying my phone was cracked . I'm highly pissed . They are scammers !
