I have purchased in all 3 phones from Gazelle. The first two had minimal issues.

The third however, had issues from day one. From not ringing to not keeping a charge for even several hours. Finally, less than six months in, I made an appointment at the Apple Store as this phone had become increasingly unreliable. And according to the technician, this phone had water damage, although according to your website, you check for that and do not sell phones with water damage.

Apple would not replace the battery for this reason.

So less than 6 months in and out $430, I was forced to buy another phone. NEVER AGAIN!

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $430.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
