Sent 3 phones in one box. All practically brand new and in perfect condition.

They broke one and returned it to me. Said the 2nd was a different model than what I sent and were sending me a check for a lower amount then what they promised (I never received the check). Said the 3rd was scratched when it wasn't and I told them just to send it back to me. They never did.

Basically I've sent them several hundred dollars worth of phones and I have nothing a month later.

They never actually respond to customer service emails just send automated responses. They are crooks and a sham!

Gazelle Doesn't PAY!!!! They accepted my phone and have been telling me for two months now they have sent a check.

Then they tell me they will PayPal me the money. I have not seen the money yet.

Total SCAM. They stole my phone!!!
