Gazelle - Trying to devalue and scam for a profit
I sent my phone in and I'm waiting for my refund. The phone is in prestige shape. I have the receipt and the box it came in. Why did I get an email that instead of being a 64g it's a 32g. Not so. Then the email read I didn't turn off goggle and the condition isn't what I said. I declined their offer. I have all necessary receipts if they try me.

Gazelle - Poor customer service
Purchased a refurbished phone. After 2 months, phone stopped working. They had no remorse said 30 days i should have noticed anything wrong. How would i know that it would shut down and never come back on. No refund, not even partial refund. Im out $300 for junk they sold me. Never will i do business with them again.

Gazelle - Didn’t receive right product; very dissatisfied
What a lovely Monday! Spend my entire lunch break at the post office picking this order up and guess what, wrong product! Seriously? How hard is it to look at an order and grab the right freakin product? Next time i’ll spend the extra money to get a new one right from the product company and save me a headache and a half!
