Gazelle - Dishonest company

Gazelle is horrible and dishonest. I sent in my device, a Samsung galaxy note 8, early December 2018. They lowered the original offer by over $100 stating that the phone was scratched and showed signs of use (it was in mint condition). I accepted the offer rather than having it returned due to previous reviews of Gazelle purposely damaging phones. Payment by check should have arrived with 10 days, over a month later I've yet to receive payment. Representatives ask for the same information repeatedly without using it. Completely unhelpful, dishonest company.

I sent 3 devices in to gazelle. They tried to play me on two of the devices and said that my LTE iPad Pros 10.5 and 12.9 with 512GB each weren't what I sent in. Once I proved to her that they were, she sad one was already processed but sh could SEE about adjusting the price and that the other would be checked again!? I will NEVER deal with them again and will get a lawyer if necessary.
