Mailed off my devices ipad2 and iPod classic in their pre paid boxes. They claimed they never got the items.

I contacted customer service after a couple of weeks and they said this is an issue for you to take up with the post office. Will never ever suggest anyone use them. There must be better places out there. I could have sold them on eBay for a little more money but did not want to go thru the hassle of listing etc.

what ever you do. Did not use them.

There items were in pristine condition. I wish now I had just givin them to friends or donated them to charity.

Product or Service Mentioned: Gazelle Apple Tablet Trade-in.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $80.

Preferred solution: Fess up you have my items..

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Does the tracking status shows that the item never arrived?

Check your Gazelle account for the tracking number. Or ask Gazelle directly if you can't find it. Be sure to check! If the package got there, complain to Dan Brummert, Senior Manager of Device Processing: DBrummert@______ (fill in Gazelle dot com).

He responds quickly to help. IF GAZELLE DIDN'T RECEIVE IT, then they are correct to direct you to the post office. But the good news is the post office WILL help you (and the process is super easy). But $50 is the max amount of free insurance provided PER EACH PACKAGE sent by Priority Mail.

Here's a link to file your claim online: You're guaranteed a $50 check in the mail. Call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 ...

Or you can file online, but you'll need to register for a USPS account. Here are some links to help you: (scroll to bottom)
