I purchased a iPhone 5s a couple months ago from Gazelle. Then all of a sudden 6 days ago I had no service. I called my carrier and they told me that my phone was blocked because of an outstanding balance. I asked how I could have an outstanding balance when I bought the phone from Gazelle not a carrier.
So I called Gazelle and they told my my only option was to return the phone. I asked if they could just exchange my old phone with an exact model. They then told me my only option was to get a refund for my old phone, and purchase a new phone. I would get a refund for my old phone. It has been almost a week and I still do not have my refund. NOR do I have the new phone I purchased yet either. It is almost a week already without a phone.
THIS IS THEE WORST POLICY I HAVE EVER SEEN WITH A RETAILER,
I WILL NEVER EVER USE GAZELLE EVER AGAIN.
I GIVE GAZELLE A NEGATIVE 10 AS A RATING.
